If needed, I'll bring in and pay for professional cleaners or a handyman to get your home ready for the market and take some stress off your hands. I personally attend all of my own open houses, I produce a video tour of your home to put on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. I also pay for boosted ads on social media so your listing reaches the highest number of potential buyers.
Once we have an offer (or most likely multiple), I'll guide you through choosing an offer that makes the most sense for you and your personal needs. This is where having someone with expert negotiation skills is incredibly important. I have a "win-win" philosophy of negotiation. If both sides of the table walk away feeling like they got what they wanted and their needs were addressed, I know I've done my job. There is a lot to negotiate during the sale of most homes: price, closing date, repairs/inspections, the appraisal, etc. My job isn't to make decisions for you but to be your trusted adviser who guides you towards the decisions that will benefit you the most and to execute your decisions for you.
